It’s Real Housewives of Miami meets The Hangover when the women miss their flight from Joanna’s bachelorette party in Las Vegas to San Diego where her rehearsal dinner is taking place that night. Lea rents a car and they hit the road in an attempt to make it to the dinner, but Lisa’s vomiting on the side of the road and Adriana is peeing in the desert. Things are not off to a great start.

The women make it to San Diego in time and Joanna is reunited with her sister Marta and the rehearsal commences. It’s all good vibes and happy times, with Adriana even apologizing to Joanna’s mom for things she may have said about her daughter in the past.
Marta tells Romain she accepts him into the family and it feels like everything from their past is finally really and truly behind them.

Lisa confides in Lea that she and Lenny have chosen a surrogate to carry a baby for them, something that was a hard decision for her because she has been so determined to get pregnant herself. I hope we see a little Hochstein running around soon!
Lea and Adriana take a break at the spa for facials and Adriana tries to have a heart to heart. Leah isn’t ready to take that next step to rekindling their friendship. Adriana is shocked by this response.

Alexia’s son Peter surprises her in San Diego just as she’s feeling very homesick for her family.
As guests arrive for the wedding we have…another Karent sighting! Joanna and Romain get emotional as they exchange their vows. The wedding goes flawlessly and thankfully it appears that these guests are fed dinner before 11 PM, unlike another RHOM wedding this season.
Next week it's reunion time and of course it looks intense.
