Exclusive: 'RHOM' Star Joanna Krupa Has "The Biggest Sweet Tooth" So How Does She Stay in Shape?

Joanna Krupa couldn't be more stunning and one would tend to think she has to work hard to have that killer figure, but nope!

The Polish model only works out a couple times a week and eats whatever she wants. So not fair!

I exclusively chatted with The Real Housewives of Miami star about her diet and fitness and was rather surprised to learn how much she loathes the gym and that she allows herself to have a banana split whenever the urge arises.

OK! How do you stay in such good shape when you travel as much as you do?

Joanna Krupa: I basically push myself. I will say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life. Romain Zago tries to get me motivated. I was always pretty skinny. I maintained a healthy lifestyle where I ate pretty well, but the gym was the last thing on my mind. I always thought of every excuse not to have to go to the gym. But, in the last year or two I have taken it more seriously and go two to four times a week. When I travel I look for the nearest fitness center that has classes. I never hire a personal trainer because it doesn’t motivate me as much. I enjoy being in a class setting and classes really kick your butt. I like that there are other people in the room because I don’t want the other people to think I’m giving up when I’m tired.  That gives me the extra energy and motivation. When I’m traveling the jetlag kicks in, but you have to be disciplined. It’s more about the mindset more than anything.

OK! How strict are you with your diet? Do you eat whatever you want or to do stay away from certain foods?

JK: I eat anything that I want, but I don’t overeat. If I have a craving for ice cream or I love Mrs. Fields’ cookies I eat it. Whenever I feel like I’m getting full I stop. I control myself in that sense. So I do eat whatever I want as long as I maintain the two-four times a week of working out.

OK! Besides classes, what else do you do to work out?

JK: It’s a mix of cardio and weights. I think cardio is very important and then you also need the strength training to build your muscles and define your body.

OK! What’s your favorite go to comfort food?

JK: I have the biggest sweet tooth. I love candy. I know it’s not the healthiest, but I love chocolate chip cookies or banana splits are another one of my favorites. I also love French fries.
