According to Professor Beau Baez from the Charlotte School of Law, North Carolina is one of seven states where a "home wrecker" can be sued.
The documents also state that Fantasia told Paula in a phone call, "He don’t want you. Maybe the next time that you get a husband you'll know how to keep him. That's why he is here with me."
While Fantasia has not been sued, the complaint, according to the Charlotte Observer, could just be the first step.
