And this year, Babs' (can I call her that?) list is even more reality-star filled—yup, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made the cut.

Joining Kimye on Barbara's list is Prince George, the only baby more talked-about than North West this year, as well as Duck Dynasty's Robertson family, Jennifer Lawrence, and of course, Miley Cyrus.
