And he's officially off the market! George Clooney and his fiancé Amal Alamuddin are married. The famous bachelor (or not so much anymore!) and his bride were wed in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy at the waterside Aman hotel on Saturday.
Celebrity guests are reported to have included U2 singer Bono, Matt Damon, Bill Murray, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, Cindy Crawford and more. Attendees, thought to be as many as 100, had to travel to the location via taxi boat. George, 53, and Amal, 36, arrived on Friday and reportedly spent nights out separately with friends.
Rome's former mayor and Clooney's close friend, Walter Veltroni, a personal friend of Clooney's, conducted the ceremony.
