George Clooney and Brad Pitt took their bromance to a new level last night, as they poked jokes, presented one another's films and made eyes at each other from across the Beverly Hilton Hotel ballroom at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards.

Brad, who's been using a cane for the past few weeks after injuring his ACL taking a fall for daughter Vivienne, laughed alongside Angelina Jolie as they watched George stumble on stage. "I have to give it back to him Brad or he can't make it to the bar otherwise," George joked.

Later in the show, George made up for poking fun when he beat out his injured pal and accepted the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture: Drama. "I wanted to say it's nice to see Brad and it's nice to be able to tell him not just what wonderful work he's doing in two films this year, but also what wonderful work he does to the rest of the world, to the rest of the people," George gushed of Brad. "I'm a fan."
