Kelly Clarkson is getting married between now and one month from now! How do we know?! Because Kelly and her fiance Brandon Blackstock have just obtained their marriage license, according to E! News.

The site reports that Kelly and Brandon (real name Narvel...#what?!) went together in person to obtain their marriage license on Tuesday, which is of course a necessary prerequisite to getting married. The license is only good for 30 days, which obviously means that these two are getting hitched between now and November 15. Calling it now.

And in other Kelly news, she just released her first Christmas song today which is the lead single off her upcoming Christmas album, Wrapped in Red. It's called "Underneath the Tree" and there's no doubt in our minds that this song has the potential to be the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" for this generation. It's timeless, it's catchy, and it's putting us in the holiday spirit already even though it's not even Halloween yet. Take a listen:
