While celebrating turning the big 4-0, Gwyneth Paltrow enjoyed a low key fete with hubby Chris Martin and kids Apple and Moses on a private yacht in Portofino.
The lead singer of Coldplay was caught smooching the birthday girl, as reported by The Daily News. Considering it's very rare to see them in public sharing a kiss or being affectionate, this was a rare occasion for the rocker and movie star.

Relaxing on a luxury boat wasn't the only way they marked the occasion of her big bday. According to Virgin Media, Chris flew his favorite DJ, DJ Kayper, to France to spin some tunes on the yacht! Chris told the spinner he booked her and flew her to the boat because they're big fans of her radio show.
Sounds like she definitely celebrated the milestone bday in style. Happy belated birthday, Gwyneth!
