Harry Potter Actor Caught Growing Marijuana

Jamie Waylett might be wishing for a real magic wand right about now to whisk his problems away, as the Harry Potter actor has just pleaded guilty in a London court to growing marijuana.The 19-year-old Jamie, who plays Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe in all six of the film series, admitted at hearing today at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court that he grows the drug, the Associated Press reports. Producing cannabis carries a maximum 14-year sentence.

Cops found eight bags of pot and a knife after searching a car Jamie was riding in. After a search of his mother's home they found 10 marijuana plants. His friend John Innis also pleaded guilty.
Judge Timothy Workman said the pair would be sentenced Tuesday.
