In her usual attention-grabbing manner, a smiling Tila Tequila put on a show for the paps at Kitson For Kids in L.A. yesterday. The reality star posed with a baby doll, canoodling and cooing to it as she browsed through the store with some friends. Because that is completely normal behavior.
The Internet icon has been fueling/denying rumors that she will be the surrogate for her brother's baby. Based on her little shopping outing, the pregnancy is probably back on.

Besides Tila's playing-mommy bit, she also took a look at some books on how to talk to parents.
Her upbeat attitude seems a little premature, after she was just recently grieving over the tragic death of her fiancée Casey Johnson.
