Jackass 3D is an ingenious idea because, frankly, who doesn't want to see people play beehive tetherball in 3D?! (Though, we could pass on the port-a-potty flying at us.) Dr. Drew walked the red carpet alongside Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Jason "Wee Man" Acuña, and the still sober Steve-O.

But Phil and April weren't the only family members at the premiere. Johnny brought along his wife Naomi Nelson and daughter Madis as well.
