Jessica Simpson: I Got So Big People Called Me Octomom

Jessica Simpson's infamous weight gain when pregnant with baby girl Maxwell is now the stuff of legend.
Now, of course, it's customary for expectant moms to get bigger, but it seems poor ole Jess was given such a hard time which is a continuation of the battering she has received over the years for her yo-yoing size.

And while guest hosting Good Morning America today, the 31-year-old buxom blonde admits to gaining around 50 pounds while carrying her gorgeous little girl which earned her a few nicknames.
"I got accused of having quadruplets, I got Octomom, a lot of people put pressure on me while I was pregnant, but I was so excited having Maxwell in my belly I didn't pay much attention," she shared.
Jessica debuted her post-baby body on Katie Couric's new talk show yesterday and admitted she "really had to focus" on her diet and training after signing her $4million Weight Watchers deal.

But ever the business savvy woman she is now turning her experience into a new venture with the launch of a maternity line to add to her very successful fashion empire.
"Everyone deserves to feel fashionable - especially someone carrying a baby!" she said.
Jessica started out as a singer, actress and reality show starlet before making her segue into being a clothing designer and amassing a $1 billion empire.

"I was just singing and had my fingers crossed for something big to happen - I'm still doing it years and years later," she smiled.
"I think the proudest moment of my life is having Maxwell, she's my best accomplishment. And yes I will be designing for her. We will be doing baby!"
"Fashion has always been a passion growing up, my mom and I would put different outfits together to go to school I would always get best dressed."
And now she's juggling motherhood, her businesses and fiancé Eric Johnson, Jessica concedes that her priorities had "completely changed."
"Even my New York trip has been different, I want to be in bed by 10pm," Jess laughed. "Usually I'm in bed for 4am, not anymore! That was the old Jess."
She added that she hasn't started planning her wedding to the former NFL player yet but they "want Maxwell there and enjoying it."
