While her ex Nick Lachey has been making headlines to squash rumors that he's tying the knot with fiancée Vanessa Minnillo in Italy over New Year's, Jessica Simpson is making some headlines of her own. Jessica spent her first holiday season with fiancé Eric Johnson, and after reading her tweets, it sounds like she couldn't be happier.

Jessica enjoyed the holidays at her parents' house in San Fernando, Calif., with EJ, her sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Pete Wentz, and their two year-old son, Bronx Mawgli. She tweeted, "I'm so grateful for this holiday season!!! I hope everyone had a magical Christmas! Love you X." She added, "Eric is the perfect addition to our family. We all stayed at my parents on xmas eve. We are lucky to have 3 new studs in the fam: Pete, BX and EJ!"
