Johnny Depp is normally stoic and cool when conversing with reporters, but there's one topic he's tired of hearing about — his alleged split from girlfriend of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis.

This January, it was widely reported that he and Vanessa had parted ways. While Vanessa hushed naysayers in January, telling the Daily Mail the rumor was "false" and the notion of such a thing "could cause a lot of harm to my family and my children," journalists at the Dark Shadows premiere wanted to poke and prod Johnny a little on the red carpet.

"No matter what I say about this, people believe the opposite," he said yesterday at the London premiere, where Vanessa was absent. "I can’t say enough about it not being over. The rumors are not true. They are absolutely not true.”

The couple have two children together, Lily Rose and Jack, and live most of the year in Plan-de-la-Tour, a town in the south of France. They remain unmarried. Johnny told Extra in 2010 that he doesn't need a "piece of paper" to prove his love and commitment to Vanessa.
