Jon Gosselin, who is facing allegations of physically abusing his 16-year-old son Collin, has gained the support of his daughter who claims that he is not abusive.
Jon's daughter, Hannah, also 16, told Daily Mail in a statement on Sept. 16 that he is loving, and that "he's never been abusive." She added that the 43-year-old has been "very loving and supportive" and that he has always stuck up for his children. She also revealed that she witnessed the incident and confirmed that her father never hit Collin.
Hannah is one of Jon's sextuplets with wife Kate Gosselin. (The two share eight children together: 19-year-old twin daughters Cara and Madelyn, and 16-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Aaden, Joel, Leah, Hannah and Collin.)

It was reported on September 10 that Jon faces allegations of "causing bodily injury to a child through recent act/failure to act: hitting/punching," which resulted in an investigation by Berks County Children & Youth Services in Pennsylvania. The CYS report did not mention Jon by name, but Collin took to Instagram to write a since-deleted post.
"Yesterday he beat me up and thought nothing of it, he punched me in the face and gave me a swollen nose and I started bleeding," he claimed in the post, adding that his father "continued to kick me in the ribs" after he was on the floor. "He is a liar,” he added.
Jon's representative, however, denied any allegations and told Us Weekly that he "never abused Collin."
"No charges have been filed against him and there’s no ongoing CYS investigation," the representative added, noting that the teenager has "endured severe trauma" and that "Jon is a loving father who has worked hard to ensure that his son gets the support and help he needs."

REPORT: KATE GOSSELIN FOUND IN CONTEMPT OF COURT AFTER FILMING HER KIDS FOR REALITY SHOW
Collin's mother and Jon's ex Kate, 45, who split with him in 2009 after 10 years of marriage, has been quite vocal over Jon's temperament after learning of the abuse allegations, and told PEOPLE that he is a "violent and abusive person."
Countering her claims, Jon's representative told Us Weekly on Wednesday that Jon "is a loving father who has never abused his son."
The statement continued: "He has done nothing but parent his children and attempt to stay out of the public eye for years. The recent allegations were deemed unfounded by the police department and CYS within 24 hours. Kate’s malicious statements are libelous, and if her false accusations of abuse continue, legal action will be taken."
