The couple share custody of their eight children and it appears Jon has moved on with his life. He has a girlfriend and lives in an apartment close to Kate's house.
By wishing her well he added, "I have no clue what her next move is. I hope she dedicates more time to the kids now and I wish her the best as she goes forward with whatever career she wants to pursue."
