Justin Bieber dropped by the Today show this morning for a special concert on the plaza to perform his new Christmas songs! He is the first male artist ever to debut at No. 1 with a holiday album.

- Beliebers waited overnight in the rain and cold to see Justin perform, and the singer decided to give them a special treat for being so dedicated.
The "big surprise" was his "big bro" Usher, who joined him on Today to sing "The Christmas Song."
Justin also performed two more song from his Christmas album, Under the Mistletoe, including "Mistletoe" and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town," which is featured in the new movie Arthur Christmas.
And the 17-year-old singer decided to perform one of his big hits, "Never Say Never" as a present to his loving fans.
