Justin Bieber continued his Under The Mistletoe promotion with an appearance on Tuesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Ellen, being a longtime friend and supporter of The Biebs was not afraid to ask him about his girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The host told him that they must like mistletoe because she's always seeing them kissing! Ellen even said, "you must be very in love."

Justin played coy only saying, "she has very kissable cheeks!" Ellen DeGeneres also asked him if it's easier now that they're not hiding anything.

Justin remarked that he "only lives once. It sucks to always have to hide it, so I kind of just do me I guess."

He also talked about visiting a children's hospital in L.A. recently. "It was amazing... they were really happy."

Asked if it's hard for him to visit, he said, "It is sometimes especially because when they say this person might not be around much longer, but it's always nice because it's like I get to make them happy and they're smiling and they get to forget about what they're going through for just a couple minutes. It's really special for me to be able to do that."
