Kate Winslet's Ex Louis Dowler Lashes Out: She Treated Me Terribly After Our Break Up

Kate Winslet may be a wonderful actress, but apparently she's a terrible ex! 

The Titanic star's former boyfriend Louis Dowler claims that she was cruel to him after their out-of-the-blue break-up and that he's still in love with her. 

"I don't want to go into details, but it wasn't a straightforward break-up," Louis reveals to the Daily Mail. "I don't think Kate behaved well, and it is still very raw for me."

The male model was dumped by Kate after she fell hard for Richard Branson's nephew Ned Rocknroll (formerly Abel Smith), 33, whom she met while vacationing with Louis at Branson's Carribbean mansion on Necker Island in August.

That same weekend, Kate was hailed a hero for rescuing Branson's 90-year-old mother Eve from a horrific fire that engulfed the luxurious home. From one disaster came another....

"I was in love with her and you can’t switch that off overnight," Louis explains. "I’m not sure Kate treated me well."

Kate, 35, is still seeing Ned, who recently separted from his wife, Eliza Pearson, the 23-year-old daughter of a wealthy British Viscount. But surprisingly, Eliza took the news much better than Louis.

"I thought we were inseperable. I certainly haven't found anyone else since," Louis, who began dating Kate after she left her husband of seven years, Sam Mendes, in March 2010, adds. "I'm a laid-back guy, so I'm not walking around with a long face — but I do still hold a torch for her." 

Ouch. Who knew Kate was such a heartbreaker!
