According to a Perez Hilton report, Kelly Rowland revealed that she does, in fact, want a small wedding consisting of only three people—hubby, wife, and pastor.
Perez Hilton reports that the celeb stated, "Everyone is there just to be nosy and see who I'm wearing, you know. I'm okay. I think we just really want it to be us and our pastor. That's it. I mean, we are the only two that's going to be in the marriage."

Well, why wouldn't we want to know what you're wearing? Wedding dresses are kind of a big deal. So since there's no word of Queen Bey's name popping up on that tiny guest list, the site assumed she's not going to be showing up, and we pretty much agree.
