TV's Extra is reporting that Kid Rock will not face charges for the scuffle that broke out with fellow former Pam Anderson hubby Tommy Lee at this summer's MTV Video Music Awards.
“The Clark County District Attorney's Office will not pursue a battery charge against Robert James Ritchie, aka Kid Rock, involving a confrontation with Tommy Lee on September 9, 2007, at Palms Hotel and Casino.” Chief Deputy District Attorney Ron Bloxham said.

“It should be noted that Tommy Lee has requested that there be no prosecution relating to the incident and there were no injuries to either person," he added.
