This just in: Kristin Cavallari's Laguna Beach family home was sold. Sure, this may not exactly be news but it was sold after going into foreclosure.

GossipCop reports that public records indicate the 7,100 square-foot home sits on 3.17 acres of property overlooking the ocean. Not only that, it has an infinity pool, wine cellar, spa, yoga studio and media room.

You may recall seeing the house on an episode of The Hills when Kristin came home after dealing with some issues with an ex-boyfriend.
The house belonging to her father sold for $6.11 million. Although it may sound pretty high, technically it's less than the original price. In 2009 it was listed for $13.95 million!
