Holy crap in a pita bread, what the F is wrong with Ven? I feel so mislead. He puts on this nice, quiet, bald guy act, and bam, it's all BS! Dude, that guy is heartless, insensitive and down right cruel. It was almost like he went out of his way to make his client feel fat, ugly and unattractive, which she most certainly is not and I think we all saw that. He should have been sent home for being an asshole alone, but he had enough other strikes to have be auf'd. For one that dress was revolting and unflattering to both her body and mind, two, the blue fabric, jesus, even tacky ol' me didn't like it, and three, above all, he did not follow the rules of the challenge and give his client a makeover to make her feel special and look special. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AUF'D!

When I first met him, I called him “Zen” and Budha. I thought he was kind, calming with a good spirit. I am the first to raise my hands and admit I have terrible judgement and first opinions, and this only goes further to prove it! If you were his client, please contact me, I NEED TO TELL YOU how wonderful, beautiful and special you are, and I AM SO SORRY you went through that. NO ONE DESERVES that and we all love you! And one last thing, Nate, it was not your time to go, I hope this experience brings you many more opportunties to shine.

Alright, moving on, so, this has been another busy week for me, I am setting up some sewing action down at Film Biz Recycling, and if you don't know about this place and work in film and television get yourself down there, it's the most inspiring and magical space ever. Film Biz Recycling (FBR) is a nonprofit green organization that prevents pollution, creates jobs and aids our community by diverting set materials to local charities and operating a prop shop and creative reuse center in Gowanus, BK. So get yourself down there and check it out! I'll be teaching some fun classes down there in the next few weeks, simple sexy hand sewing (make your own leather cuffs) and BYOB classes, Bring your own bottle and make your own Bottle Bag (to put a new bottle in, not for your empties). So hold tight and do follow me for updates.

If that's not exciting enough, I managed to get myself papped on the red carpet this week, at the premiere of For A Good Time, Call.... Which turned out to be brilliantly funny, touching with a great after party. Rubbing shoulders and playing handsy with Justin Long in the unisex toilets, which sounds way naughtier then it actually was, so I am going to opt to leave it at that and to your imaginations. Quite the hangover the next day but well worth pretending to be more D-list then Z-list.

My ACE package arrived, which means we are getting closer and closer to me being (legally) allowed to instruct “BUFFI BOOT CAMP” — or thinking “Get Buff with Buffi” (vote for your fav name via Twitter if you will!). I am feeling rather overwhelmed, and perhaps I might have bitten off more then I can chew (and I'm not talking about those three chicken breasts that I've already managed to eat today and it's 4 p.m., WTF?)

Before I am fully qualified to whip yo' butts with ma boot camp (I already have one sign up, an old friend (she's not old, I've just known her ages) I'll give you my weekly diet-ish tip. Don't get too panicked, it is all based around the Fegan diet (fake vegan), and remember, that means you can eat anything so you're not going to have to give up anything crazy!

Tip for the Week:

It's all about cutting back on sugar:

OMG, so I am OBSESSED with Stevia. It's the all-natural no sugar, no fats, no calories sugar. I am a right sucker for these expensive “healthy” options. Just not a fan of the Sweet'N Low action, but that is my choice. You will still be having less sugar, but it's all crap you are putting into your body, fyi. I add Stevia to my coffee to get my sugar fix, to my fat free greek yogurt mixed with vanilla essence for a sweet and high protein breakfast and to salad dressings to replace your honey, which yeah, fine it's better than white sugar, but it is still a form of sugar. It might take a few days to get used to the flavor, but give it a go. You will be amazed how much of a difference to your diet this will make. Not only will you be eliminating grams of sugar from your diet, but you'll be hitting that sweet spot and get your fix.

I think I covered it, a lil bit of name droppin', some b*****n' about PR contestants, health stuff, and self-promotion, yeah, think I nailed it all. Oh, totally forgot the dating-dramas. Lets just say, no more Dreads, no more Bondage Boy, or drunk bartenders and no more OK Cupid! dates...well, I have two more I think lined up and then I'm done.

Buffi

PS: If you see the little mermaid walking round NYC, in a purple sequined gown that's long and totally out-of-control... that'll be me, thanks to wardrobe at Film Biz Recycling, it's a treasure chest I swear!
