Linda Hogan was arrested yesterday morning in Malibu on the suspicion of DUI.

According to ET Online, the 53 year-old was pulled over and taken to a police station for driving under the influence. A few hours later the former star from Hogan Knows Best was release on $5,000 bail.
Her rep release a statement to the site: "Linda sincerely regrets being charged for driving under the influence of alcohol just after midnight with a 0.084 alcohol level (legal limit 0.08) while driving home from a jewelry function in Los Angeles where she drank champagne while still treating with medications prescribed following her days prior e-coli infection hospital stay."

The statement continued to indicate she wasn't driving on a suspended driver's license even though a few reports circulating thought it had been revoked.

Hulk's in the video with Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his best friend DJ Bubba the Love Sponge. Bubba can be heard on camera saying, “You guys do your thing, I’ll be in the office if you need me."

According to Linda, the tape is "a little twisted." She told RadarOnline, “I wasn’t really shocked about it.”
