Luis Ortiz seems to have a good idea on his hands when he decides to host a party to attract buyers and brokers to his new listing in Harlem, New York. However, as a preview clip from Wednesday’s episode of Million Dollar Listing New York shows, the event doesn’t go according to the broker's plans!

Things start off pretty promising, but as time passes, Ortiz realizes the home’s location and price may be even less appealing than he initially believed. “Unfortunately, this is not the kind of party I was expecting,” says Ortiz. “Since the beginning I knew it was going to be very difficult to bring buyers and brokers to 147th street at this price.”
