Funny or Die is known for its irreverent videos not afraid to spoof anything in the pop culture realm.
And now it's the turn of House Hunters International with the help of Rock of Ages star Malin Akerman who plays the role of a real estate agent who shows a paranoid couple around a possible new home in their bid to move to Canada.
The hit HGTV show follows people buying a property abroad - and in this case Jenny and Derek from Michigan go way overboard in their views of how life north of the border would be with their stereotypes of Canada… with funny consequences..
