Unlike with Kim Kardashian, who is on the very strict Atkins diet leading up to her May wedding, there’s no magic formula behind Melissa Joan Hart’s weight loss after the birth of her third son in 2012. The star of Melissa & Joey, 38, committed to Nutrisystem and limits herself to about 1,200 calories a day. “She also drinks a glass of ice water before every meal to speed up her metabolism,” says a source. And Melissa keeps moving with spinning classes and sunrise runs with her husband, musician Mark Wilkerson. Her favorite workout is sons Mason, 8, Braydon, 6, and Tucker,19 months. “Melissa has three boys,” says the source. “So she burns a ton of calories running after them.”
