Syringes found in Michael Jackson's mansion may undergo testing as per the request of defense attorneys working on the criminal case of Dr. Conrad Murray, who is charged with his death. Last night a judge overseeing the case made the decision to schedule a hearing.OK! NEWS: GRAMMY NOMINATIONS - EMINEM TOPS WITH 10, MICHAEL JACKSON SCORES NOD FOR THIS IS IT
For several months, Dr. Murray's attorneys have asked that fluids from two syringes and IV bags be tested. The reason why? They want to determine how much anesthetic (Propofol and lidocaine) they contained. And time is of the essence! Attorneys claim liquid in one of the syringes has now turned into salt. In court filings, coroner's officials say the test was not necessary to determine the cause of Michael's death.

On Dec. 29, a Superior Court judge will listen to testing arguments. Six days after the arguments, Murray is scheduled to appear for a detailed preliminary hearing to determine if there's evidence for him to stand trial. He has plead not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.
