
Michael Lohan Gives Lindsay an Ultimatum

Michael Lohan has given his daughter Lindsay Lohan an ultimatum and today is the day to make a decision: Either Lindsay meets with him or he's going to court.

Michael told TMZ that since he appeared live on their show, he's been speaking to Lindsay saying he won't take legal action if she and Ali Lohan sit down with him to talk things out.
If they don't, Michael plans to go to court to get a conservatorship, much like Britney Spears' father Jamie Spears did.

However, Michael initially said he wanted to sit face-to-face with just the three of them, but now he wants to sit with Lindsay and his lawyer.

According to TMZ, Michael was planning on hiring Lisa Bloom for an attorney, the daughter of Gloria Allred.
