Miley Cyrus is Engaged to Liam Hemsworth!

Miley Cyrus may only be 19 years old, but she's also in love. 

The teen star and her longtime boyfriend, The Hunger Games hunk Liam Hemsworth, are engaged, his rep confirms to OK!.

Liam, who met the Disney star in 2009 while filming The Last Song, got down on one knee on May 31 and proposed to Miley with a 3.5-carat diamond ring from jeweler extraordinaire Neil Lane.

The 22-year-old Aussie actor has been looking forward to proposing to Miley for months, and now, he finally took the big leap!

“They’re still keeping it a big secret, but they’re seriously talking marriage,” an insider told OK! in March. “Liam is crazy about her." 

And Miley's parents, Billy Ray and Tish are crazy about Liam! They are thrilled to have him as a son-in-law, an insider says, and believe he’s a good influence on their sometimes-wayward daughter.

“The whole family loves him," the source tells OK!. “They know Miley’s no angel, but she’s much calmer with him in her life.”

Although no wedding plans have been set yet, the lovebirds are obviously excited to walk down the aisle.
