Neve Campbell & Courteney Cox Reunite for 'Scream 4' Premiere in Hollywood

They're baaaaaack! Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox reunited at the premiere of their fourth horror flick together, Scream 4 at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood last night. The latest iteration of the franchise started by director Wes Craven brings back plenty of familiar faces, while also introducing some newer ones to the scary mask!
