Looks like Ashton Kutcher and Kim Kardashian have more in common than meets the eye.

After Kim and ex Kris Humphries celebrated the one year anniversary of their divorce filing with no actual divorce in sight, it was reported today that Ashton and Demi Moore (who are rapidly approaching one year after their split on Nov. 11) still haven't come to a divorce agreement either.
While Kim did in fact file for divorce last Halloween, sources close to Ashton and Demi say neither party ever filed and haven't given their respective lawyers any indication they have a desire to do so.
Odd, right?
Especially considering the fact Ashton has moved on very publicly with Mila Kunis.

Of course, there are rumors Ashton is a penny-pincher and Demi wants more cash than he's willing to part with, but sources with inside information say this isn't the case.

Neither of the stars (who are both wealthy in their own right) have made any effort to divide assets.
This being said, another rumor floating about is that the duo were never legally married. Rather, their 2005 Kabbalah wedding was a "symbolic ceremony and not a legal marriage" making a divorce filing impossible.
