"Jake literally lit up when he saw Ali," an onlooker noted at the Women Tell All taping. "He was wearing his heart on his sleeve during their encounter. It appeared as though Jake had so much he wanted to say."

Behind the scenes, Ali and Jake had a very romantic reunion!

"They both held each other as long as they could and had their arms wrapped completely round one another, not letting go," an insider dished to OK!.

Ali explained of her choice to leave, "I was afraid to lose my life for someone that could reject me," but said on the show that in the future she will try and put love first in her life.
