OK! Loves: Lomi-Juma Massage Ritual At Spa Nautica

I'm always game to try out a new spa or the latest massage treatment!

So when The Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey, California opened up the doors to Spa Nautica earlier this year I was excited to try it out.

I decided to go for their signature Lomi-Juma Massage Ritual as hadn't experienced anything like it before. What I wasn't expecting was two hours of body treatment heaven.

First I was exfoliated with a honey scrub which left my skin feeling super-smooth, I was then slathered in hot and cold mud for detoxification and after I showered that off enjoyed the most amazing massage!

The treatment promises to give you a 'better night's sleep', a claim that I was a little skeptical about. But last night I slept the best I have in a long time and was knocked out for a full 8 hours which is an amazing feat for me!

So if that is what the Lomi-Juma at Spa Nautica does for me then I'll definitely be back for more! And they also have a host of amazing other treatments, dedicated mani-pedi area and a eucalyptus steam room which smells divine. And if that wasn't enough an outdoor pool and jacuzzi is a perfect place to relax.
