Looks like busy mom Padma Lakshmi, host of Top Chef, has figured out the key to having both hands free to attend to whatever might come up — a baby carrier with her little Krishna facing out to see what's going on in the world! Padma toted her precious cargo around with her on the Upper East Side of NYC on Monday with a pal as they lunched at Kalustyans.
