Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are starting to put down roots now their going to be mommy and daddy.
And, of course, there was never any question that the twosome would do it in style and have plunked down $11 million for a swanky new pad in an exclusive Bel Air gated community.
Kimye are the proud owners of a 10,000 square-foot home and can now call Jennifer Aniston, Los Angeles Clippers player Chris Paul and Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis, neighbors.
It's reported that the interior has already been gutted and the parents-to-be want to add 4,000 square feet to the already large residence and will turn it into an Italian-style villa with bowling alley, basketball court, movie theater, full hair and make-up salon and indoor and outdoor pools.

But the main focus will be on the nursery for their impending bundle of joy.
