Reese Witherspoon on The Worst Career Advice She Ever Received—And Why She's Glad She Didn't Listen

Reese Witherspoon admits that she hasn't always made the best career decisions.
"For a few years, I was a little lost as an artist," she says in an interview with OK!, "not making choices I was ultimately very happy with. I wanted to get back to playing interesting, dynamic characters."
She's definitely done that with her role in the upcoming flick The Good Lie, a movie about a job counselor helping Sudanese refugees settle in America.

In a recent interview with OK!, Reese spilled on how she prepared for her sure-to-be standout role and also revealed a piece of career advice she's glad she didn't listen to.
