Why do we care so much about whether or not Scott and Kourtney get formally married? They are, as far as I'm concerned, far and away the most stable couple in the entire Kardashian family. Kourtney Kardashian

Yes, Khloe Kardashian Odom and Lamar Odom are adorable together and truly inspiring in a soul-mates-exist kind of way. But they also got married after knowing each other for three weeks. Kourtney and Scott have been dating on and off for at least seven years—all through his hard-partying 20s and her enormously rising fame. He fits well with the Kardashian family (something that Kris Humphries and Miles Austin could not say). And they are raising two beautiful kids together. This is a real relationship... even without a nationally televised ceremony.
