See James Franco's Incredibly Weird Oscar Campaign for Spring Breakers
James Franco: the man, the myth, the guy wearing gold grills in an Oscar campaign. A24 Films, the company behind Spring Breakers, has launched a campaign for James to be nominated for Best Supporting Actor, and it needs to be seen to be believed.

James played the wild Alien character in the film, and had a very memorable speech about all of the "sh*t" he owned, like guns and cologne. A24 echoes that monologue with their tagline, "Consider this sh*t," and played with their own poster to put Oscars in James' hands.

They also released a video for the consideration of Oscar voters, which shows all the amazing reviews his performance received. "Are you being serious?" Selena Gomez's character asks near the end. "What do you think?" James then smiles. Watch!
