The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 doesn't come out in theaters until November, but it's never too soon to start the promos, right?! Lionsgate released the first official pic from the film, which introduces one new character and reintroduces another.

Here's Julianne Moore, who plays President Alma Coin in the final two films, and Philip Seymour Hoffman, who played Plutarch Heavensbee in Catching Fire and will be featured in Mockingjay as well. Sadly, Philip passed away in February when they were still filming, but the cast and director has said that Philip will still be in the movie:
