And the winner of Skating With the Stars is... actress Rebecca Budig! On the heels of the incredibly high-rated series, Dancing with the Stars, the first season of ABC's Skating with the Stars came to a close last night in a perfect finale.OK! Although voters selected reality star Bethenny Frankel with the lowest scores for the finale over Olympic skiier Johnny Moseley, Bethenny ultimately lost to Rebecca in the final competition scored by judges. Rebecca and her skating partner, Dan Palascak skated to "Hot 'n Cold" by Katy Perry.
It ended up being a comeback of sorts since Rebecca previously injured her wrist while practicing for the finale. She scored a perfect 30 points for technique and another perfect 30 for artistic merit. Bethenny ended up skating with her partner, Ethan Burgess, to "Right Round" and earned a total of 51 points for the performance, just nine shy of Rebecca's perfect score of 60.

As for the crowning moment, instead of a disco ball a la Dancing With the Stars, Rebecca hoisted a "Golden Skates" prize as her arms appeared to be trembling while hoisting the heavy trophy.
