Suspicious Envelope Containing White Powder Sent to 'DWTS' Studios

When a suspicious envelope was found in the mailing room at the Dancing with the Stars’ studios this week containing a mysterious powder, authorities jumped to investigate, according to new reports.
"Security and the Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department were immediately notified. Measures were taken to secure the area and ensure the safety of personnel,” ABC told E! Online today of the matter.

Luckily after much testing, the substance was found to be non-harmful.
“Ultimately we were advised by the LAFD that the substance was determined to be talcum powder.”

Why the letter was sent in the first place is still an unanswered question at this point.
