Teen Mom Amber Portwood is out of rehab, but that doesn't mean her life has turned around. The reality star still has plenty of drama, such as new fears for her daughter, Leah. Put into her father Gary Shirley's custody for her own protection, Leah's home life is so unstable now that she might be more at risk than ever before.

Gary recently Tweeted that he was living in Nobelsville, Ind., some 30 minutes away from Amber. But as OK! previously reported, the truth is that Gary still does not have a permanent address. A very close insider tells OK! Gary's life is erratic: "Poor baby Leah never knows when she will have her next meal or where she'll be sleeping for the night."
Farrah Has Sophia Back, But Ignores Her
She's only 2 years old, but already Teen Mom Farrah Abraham's daughter Sophia has lived through too much sorrow: Her father died tragically before she was born, and she's spent most of her young life in the middle of battles between mother Farrah and grandmother Debra Danielson — not to mention the fights involving her paternal grandmother, Stormie Clark. And when Farrah left for college in Florida, Sophia stayed behind with her grandmother Debra in Iowa.

Farrah now has Sophia back in Florida with her, but it looks like the child is still being shuffled back and forth. "Farrah loves Sophia, but she can't seem to make up her mind as to where Sophia should be – in Florida or in Iowa — and it's incredibly confusing for Sophia," a source says in this week's issue!
