"The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed," Katie's attorney told E! News. "We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. We thank Tom's counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution."

Unfortunately, no details have been released, so it's merely speculation to think Katie got what she wanted (full custody) based on her legal team seeming pleased with the outcome.
The pair released a joint statement this morning through their reps emphasizing the importance of co-parenting their daughter.
