Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson Suing Former Insurance Broker

Despite the successful careers of both Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, there's probably one area that stars never wish to confront. And by that we mean being the victims of a financial scheme! The power couple is suing their former insurance agency for embezzlement.

According to TMZ, Tom and Rita had worked with the J.B. Goldman Insurance Agency for over 20 years! The company provided them with various policies. Well, when they switched brokers last month they were informed J.B. Goldman overcharged them by a fortune. Literally.

The lawsuit claims that the insurance company overcharged them to the tune of hundreds of thousands and perhaps millions of dollars. They're seeking unspecified damages from the company that participated in "predatory embezzlement scheme."
