'The Vampire Diaries' Releases Season Four Trailer at Comic-Con! Watch!

It's that time of year again: Comic-Con, where stars from our favorite TV shows and movies step out to promote their work and share trailers from the upcoming seasons of their beloved shows! 

This weekend, the cast of The Vampire Diaries, including Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, sat in the panel for the CW show and talked about the fourth season, which picks up where season three left off — yup, Elena is still a vampire

During their discussion, the creators of the show shared a trailer of season four, which is compiled of crucial scenes from the last three seasons as well as some brand new footage! 

In a new scene, Damon (Ian) confronts Stefan (Paul) about how, why and when Elena (Nina) was killed and turned into a blood-sucking beast like them. (Let's just say he's NOT happy about it!)

"You weren't there the day Elena looked me in the eye and told me she absolutely never wanted this," Stefan tells Damon, who replies, "Then you shouldn't have let her die!" 

"I never meant for her to die!" an upset and angry Stefan fights back.

"And now the world has one more quarterback," Damon hisses. "Bravo, brother."
