Venus started the Australian Open wearing a super short tennis dress that acted more like just a shirt, USA Today reports.
Venus described her ensemble as an "illusion dress" because she wanted to wear flesh-colored shorts to give the illusion she was going commando.

"But at the last minute I decided not to," Venus told photographers after she won her opening-round match.
