After Karen performed Mariah Carey's "Hero" to sing for the judges save, she told the judges, "I know I can do so much better and I know you guys believe in me. And my mom believes in me. I know it's about the votes, but I've done my best to represent for everybody, for my family — for everyone."
But Randy Jackson told the 21-year-old they were not going to use their save. However, he also said it was not a unanimous decision.
