People will look for any reason to rag on the Kardashian family, and Kendall Jenner gave them plenty of fodder when she repeatedly messed up her lines. She never actually said the name of the band she was introducing, 5 Seconds to Summer.

A way to kill your parents: put the words Miley Cyrus and the Beatles in the same sentence. She sang "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" in a tribute to the band. Her voice did sound amazing, though.

Another performance that set teeth on edge? Michael Jackson! Yes, he's been dead for nearly five years, but a sort of hologram-CGI version of the king of pop sang a brand-new single anyway, along with a million dancers. He even moonwalked! It felt sacrilegious, or at the very least, super uncomfortable.
