We love catching up with Tia Mowry-Hardrict because not only is she a breath of fresh air on any red carpet (seriously, so nice) but we love keeping up with her adorable son Cree.

"He’s two-and-a-half now," she told OK! at the That Awkward Moment premiere. "He told me I love you for the first time this morning. I bawled."

The Instant Mom star also had a fabulous vegan foodie tip for us.

"Since becoming vegan I found this incredible noodle—it’s called kelp noodles," says Tia. "They’re these glass noodles and they’re seaweed. It’s gluten-free so instead of using pasta or brown rice, you can use that for a great stir fry and add whatever vegetables you absolutely love with some soy sauce or sesame oil. They’re easy, delicious and very low in calories."

And with her limited amount of free time, Tia is working on exercising her green thumb.

"As we speak right now I’m putting in a garden," she says. "We have tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber, carrots, lettuce and we’re going to do herbs as well."
